Most install issues are covered in the troubleshooting section on the download page. The two most common problems are Unknown Sources not being enabled in Android settings, and the APK download being interrupted before it completes. Check those first, as they resolve about 90% of install questions we receive.

If the private server is down or not connecting, it is almost always a temporary maintenance window. These usually last under an hour. Wait a few minutes and try again before writing in.

We can help with questions about the APK download, install process, which version to use for your device, and general information about how the private server works.

We cannot help with Supercell account issues, official Brawl Stars bans, or anything related to the official game's servers. Those go through Supercell's own support channels.
