This privacy policy applies to nullbrawll.org and its subdomains. It does not apply to the Nulls Brawl private server, the Null's Connect account system, or any third-party sites linked from these pages. When you download the APK and connect to the private server, that connection is governed by the Nulls Brawl project's own terms, not this site's policy.

This site is a content and download portal. We do not operate the private server itself and do not control what data the private server collects through the Null's Connect account system.

This site does not require account creation. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal information as part of normal site use.

When you visit this site, standard server logs are generated automatically. These logs include your IP address, the pages requested, the browser and device type, and the time of the request. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes and are then deleted. We do not sell, share, or use server logs for advertising purposes.

If you contact us by email, we store the content of that email and your email address in order to reply. We do not add contact email addresses to any mailing list.

This site may use standard analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited most often and where visitors come from geographically. This data is collected in aggregate and is not tied to individual identities.

Analytics tools may set cookies in your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using any part of this site, including downloading the APK.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or any tracking that follows you to other websites.

This site is hosted on third-party infrastructure. The hosting provider may collect standard server logs as part of its infrastructure operation. We do not control what the hosting provider logs beyond what is described in our agreement with them.

Pages on this site may embed content from or link to third-party services such as YouTube, Discord, or Telegram. Those services have their own privacy policies that govern what data they collect when you interact with them. We do not receive data from those interactions.

You have the right to request access to any personal data we hold about you, to request deletion of that data, and to request correction of inaccurate data. Given that we do not collect personal data through normal site use, in practice this primarily applies to email correspondence.

To make a data request, contact us by email. We will respond within 30 days. For users in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy when the site's data practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the site after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

We will not make material changes to how we handle previously collected data without giving reasonable notice.
